Apartment: The Retreat
The Retreat Apartment offers Self-catering independent accommodation which can sleep up to 5 people.
This is without a doubt one of the most exclusive locations of the historical centre of Rome, right by the Spanish Steps and near the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, or Navona Square or Campo di Fiori, just to name a few.
Most accommodations in this part of town are 4 or 5 star hotels, so you can consider yourself lucky to discover such affordable lodging with so much comfort. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom in marble colours with bathtub and your own balcony as well as a private terrace.
The Retreat is a large and very reasonably priced appartment right in the old town, and is therefor ideal for many types of customers:

On arrival you will be given your own keys and a map as well as an explanation on how to best get around.

Just a few meters to the left of the apartment you will find a local grocer, and the supermarket is just minutes away.

How to get to the Retreat:
The Retreat Apartment is located in Via Laurina 25, is just a short walk from the Spanish Steps itself and the chic Via del Corso and Via del Babuino.
Walking directions (from Termini Station):
Take line A of the underground to "Spagna". Exit and turn right into Via del Babuino.
Proceed for two thirds of Via del Babuino, going towards Piazza del Popolo. You will find Via Laurina on your left side.
Tube directions (from Termini Station):
From Termini Station, the tube stop to get to the apartment is: Spagna. (the third stop after Termini).
Airports directions:
(from Leonardo Da Vinci Airport of Fiumicino):
Direct train Leonardo Express makes no mid-journey stops. Route time: 35 minutes.
(From Ciampino Airport): Bus, trains and shuttle service connects Ciampino Airport to Termini. For more info: Airports of Rome.

The Retreat Apartment is located in the real heart of Rome, very close to the Spanish Steps (Piazza di Spagna), the favourite flirting ground of Roman teenagers, and a shopping magnet for foreigners. Via Laurina, the street that holds the apartment street, is hidden between some of the most famous fashion streets of Rome: Via del Corso, Via Condotti, Via Borgognona and Via Frattina; all famous streets for high-fashion boutiques and exclusive perfumeries, chocolate, food and wine shops
This area also features Via Margutta, the street of artists, where every autumn it is possible to visit the One Hundred Painters of Via Margutta, a traditional beautiful public art gallery.
