Welcome to the website of "Il Castello Accommodation".
We are a ten year old English-Dutch company and we have created inexpensive holiday accomodations in the capital of Italy to accommodate tourists, or other visitors.
Our aim has been to try and create affordable lodging in Rome; high quality places to stay which we would have enjoyed staying ourselves if we were visiting Rome for business or pleasure.

Living in Rome has also given us a good idea about all the things there are to see and do, and we share a bit of that knowledge by providing you with some tourist information on arrival.
Every one of the accommodations is situated in the very centre, near places of great historical and cultural interest, like Campo di Fiori, Trastevere, Villa Borghese, the Vatican Museum and many more.

Guesthouses:

Sleeping Beauty & Snow White offer high standard, yet economical accommodation of a 2 star superior hotel level between  the Termini Station, the St. John's in Lateran church and "Ancient Rome", with incredible sites like the Colosseum, Circus Maximus and Roman Forum.

Self catering apartments:

The Retreat, Comfort Stay & Orange Grove, are our self-catering apartments which offer extremely competitive rates in the heart of the commercial city centre. These are located at just a five minutes walk from the Spanish Steps, an exclusive and favourite gathering place in Rome, with many designer shops.
In the historical centre of Rome, hotels are anything but cheap, but each appartment provides you with a unique opportunity to experience comfortable living in the historical old town at truely bargain prices.

Guesthouse Sleeping Beauty offers low priced luxury rooms, and is located in front of the St. John's in Lateran Church (Basilica di San Giovanni).
The whole area, called San Giovanni, offers shopping temptations of every kind; for example the Market of Via Sannio, next to the modern department- store COIN, is very interesting to visit, with occasional nuggets of value or eccentric charm.
The other guesthouse, Snow White, is situated closer to the main station: Roma Termini; a very convenient location if you like to arrive at your accomodation in Rome fast and easy, and immediately start your discovery of the magnificent Eternal City.

The Appartments are placed between Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo, close to the glamorous Spanish Steps but also just a short walk from other worldfamous spots like the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain or Piazza Navona.

Studio Puss in Boots enjoys a quiet location very close to the Colosseum area, with many wonderful shops and splendid tourist sites.
Although you can walk to Ancient Rome in less then 15 minutes, there are also excellent connections with underground, bus and tram on your doorstep, to take you anywhere in the entire city in no time. It's privileged location also allows easy access on foot to all the wonderful shops and splendid tourist sites in the immediate area.
